Simon Camden, David's character on the WB's hit family drama, "7th Heaven" has changed a lot
over the years. Those who have watched him grow up on the show have seen the dramatic changes that have taken place in the
always interesting life of Simon Camden.
When the 7th Heaven pilot episode, "Anything
You Want" first aired in 1996, Simon Camden was 9 or 10 years old, David had just turned 11. When Simon Camden first
came to be he was a very happy go lucky kind of kid who had wanted nothing more at the moment than a dog.
As the show continued to grow in popularity(please
note that it is the highest rated show on the WB network), Simon goes on to get his first kiss, first girlfriend, and so much
more.
The character grows up in so many ways and we see
him get drunk, deal with the pressures of sex, and even run a dating service which of course he gets caught doing seeing as
this is indeed 7th Heaven.
Probably the most shocking things we see go on with Simon
Camden are the car accident he's involved in during the 8th season and then the 9th season shocker in which he openly
says he has been having premaritial sex with girlfriend, Georgia. For those who haven't seen the show, yes this was indeed
a very big deal on 7th Heaven. Many shows look at premaritial sex as hardly a big deal, but with an issues show like 7th Heaven
is was fully analyzed.
